Step 1). Online Registration
Existing Students
New to the District
WOPS Parents: You should receive, or have received, an email and Parent Portal inbox notification that you must complete the registration process within Infinite Campus. Sign-on to your parent portal account, click on "More" on the left hand sign, and then "Online Registration".
NEW Parents: If your student is new to our district, we ask that you contact our registrar at registrarhs@westottawa.net, as well as complete the online registration for new families (below). Thank you and Welcome to WO!
* Note: Infinite campus needs to be accessed from the parents' Parent Portal account, not the student's.
Step 2). In-Person Walkthrough
In-person Registration Sessions:
These sessions are held in the West Ottawa High School North Building and are an open house format. Students/families can show up at any time between the hours shown below. Each student should take approx. 1 hour.
Note: All students MUST complete the Online Enrollment process before attending these sessions.

Step 3). SAVE TIME! Get these things done now and be out the door faster.
Required:
Chromebook Steps (See the WOPS Chromebook Webpage for more information)
Online Acceptable Use Policy: Review the updated Student Mobile Device Handbook
Sign: HS 1:1 Student Mobile Device Agreement Form (for MS forms, see CBook Webpage above)
Pay the $30 annual insurance fee in person during registration week in August OR online via eFunds (Link to District eFunds page).
*A note about e-funds: You will find the Chromebook Fee under under "Optional Fees" because you have options for how you prefer to pay.
IF YOU CAN, PLEASE PRINT YOUR EFUNDS RECEIPT AND BRING IN WITH YOU OR SHOW CONFIRMATION EMAIL ON YOUR PHONE.
State Lunch Application: This form is REQUIRED and CONFIDENTIAL for all students, regardless of previous status. Once logged in, click on Schools Meals Application from your home page. Completion of this form helps increase our funding from the State of Michigan!!
Athletic Ticket & Pass Info (Free for all students):
1. Click "Have a passcode" and enter your student ID number, then click "apply"
2. Click the bottom option
3. Check out with your information and school email address.
4. Submit order and look in your inbox! Done. Boom. (Might want to screenshot it for easy access)
